❄️ Storage & Serving Tips

✦ Store in the fridge upon receipt. 

✦ Contains mochi, best enjoyed on the SAME DAY while the mochi is soft. 

✦ Tart will turn slightly softer overnight.

✦ Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.

✦ Keep away from direct sunlight. 

🚗 Transportation

✦ Transport the tart using a car; motorbikes are not advised as the tart is fragile.

✦ Place on the levelled car floor with the high air-conditioning for optimal temperature.

✦ Avoid placing on car seats as it may cause the tart to shift or tilt.

✦ For journeys more than 1 hour, kindly use a cooler bag with ice packs. These are the best practices to ensure your tart arrives in perfect condition.
