At Sherissa Patisserie, we take pride in crafting every dessert with care, using only the freshest ingredients. We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. As our products are perishable and made-to-order, please read our refund policy carefully.
1. Order Accuracy
- Please check your order details carefully before confirming payment.
- Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may only be made within 24 hours and at least 48 hours before the pickup/delivery date, subject to our approval.
2. Returns
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once items have been picked up or delivered.
- If there is an issue with your order upon collection or delivery (e.g., wrong item, visible damage), please contact us immediately.
3. Refunds & Replacements
We may offer a refund, partial refund, or replacement under these conditions:
- Wrong item received – we will arrange for the correct item to be provided or issue a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after pickup/delivery.
- Incorrect storage or handling by the customer (e.g., leaving cakes unrefrigerated).
- Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather).
