Orders & Payments

Q: How to order?

A: All orders must be placed through our website. A confirmation email will be sent once payment is completed. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If no confirmation is received, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram message, or email so we can assist you promptly.


Q: Are your items ready stock or pre order?

A: All items are made on a pre order basis to ensure freshness and minimise wastage. Please place your order 2–7 days in advance to secure your slot.


Q: How to cancel or reschedule my order?

A: Kindly inform us at least 1 week before your scheduled order date. Changes are subject to availability and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


Q: Is payment refundable once it’s been made?

A: All payments are non refundable. However, we’re happy to help you reschedule your order, subject to availability and depending on the reason provided.


Q: What payment methods are available?

A: We only accept online payments through our website upon order confirmation. We currently accept local bank transfers, online transfer, MayBank QR and TnG QR. 


Self Pickup & Delivery 

Q: Where are you based?

A: We are based in Klang, Selangor, and all orders are freshly prepared and dispatched from here.


Q: Where is your store located?

A: We are a homebased bakery and address as below:

31, Jalan Cermai, Off Jalan Tepi Sungai, 41100 Klang, Selangor.

Kindly note that visits are by appointment or for confirmed pickups only.


Q: Klang is too far from me, any other locations for self pickup & delivery?

A: Yes! On selected days, self pickup & delivery from Sri Petaling is available. Please contact us before placing your order if you’d like to arrange this option.


Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We deliver across Klang Valley. Just key in your address at checkout to check availability and delivery fees.


Q: Do you provide free delivery?

A: Yes, enjoy free delivery with a minimum order of RM350 within Klang Valley (excluding Putrajaya, Hulu Langat, Sepang, Kuala Langat).


Q: Can I request a specific delivery time?

A: While we always do our best to deliver within your selected time slot, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed as they may be affected by traffic, weather, or peak season delays. If you require your order to arrive at a specific time, we recommend self pickup at our pickup point or arranging your own third-party delivery service. Feel free to contact us to discuss the best option for your needs.


Q: What if I choose Lalamove or a third-party delivery service and my order arrives damaged?

A: If you choose to use Lalamove or any third-party delivery service, please note that we are not responsible for any damages that may occur during transit. We strongly recommend selecting car delivery only, motorcycle deliveries are not allowed as our bakes are delicate and require proper handling. All items will be securely packed, but once they leave our premises, handling is beyond our control.


Q: How do I make sure my items are delivered properly?

A: Place your items on a flat surface like the car floor and not on the seat, as the incline can cause them to shift during the ride. Keep the air-conditioning on to maintain a cool temperature, and head straight home to store them promptly. For journeys longer than an hour, we recommend using a cooler bag with ice packs to keep everything fresh and stable.


Q: What happens if the recipient isn’t present during delivery?

A: Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the selected delivery address and time. If the recipient is unreachable when the driver arrives, the delivery fee will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued. The driver will leave the items at a safe location such as the guardhouse, reception, or a designated drop-off spot as they are unable to wait. If it’s a surprise delivery, we highly recommend ensuring the recipient will be available to receive it.


Q: What if I choose self pickup but can’t make it on time?

A: Our self pickup hours are:

  • Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm
  • Saturday – Sunday: 830am – 1030am

If you’re unable to collect your order during these hours, we kindly ask that you arrange your own third-party delivery service. Pickup times may occasionally vary due to kitchen operations or delivery schedules but don’t worry, we’ll send you a confirmation text the day before to reconfirm the time and location.


Products

Q: How long can I keep the pastries?

A: Tarts: Best enjoyed on the same day for freshness and crunch. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, tart shell may soften slightly.

Whole Cakes: Best consumed on the same day. Keep in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.

Cupcakes: Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Let sit at room temperature for 10–20 minutes before enjoying, so the buttercream and cake soften nicely.

Loaf Cakes: Store at room temperature (up to 2 days in a cool, dry place) or refrigerate for up to 5 days. Butter cake will firm up in the fridge — microwave for 20–30 seconds to warm. Best eaten right after reheating.

Brownies: Store at room temperature (up to 2 days in a cool, dry place), or refrigerate for up to 5 days. Microwave 20–30 seconds to soften for a warm, gooey bite — perfect with vanilla ice cream.


Q: Are candles and knife included with my order?

A: Candles and knife are provided for whole cakes, large tarts, and cheesecakes orders only.


Q: How do I add birthday accessories like toppers, candles or cake wording to my order?

A: Simply browse our Accessories category and add the items you’d like to your cart before checking out.


Q: How do I include a message card for the recipient?

A: Please fill in your message under the Personalised Card section on the product page. All notes will be handwritten on a small card. 


Q: Are your products halal?

A: We are Muslim friendly, all our products are made using Halal-certified ingredients sourced from trusted Muslim suppliers. We do not use alcohol in any of our desserts unless clearly stated.
