✦ Matcha Burnt Cheesecake - rich and earthy with the deep umami of premium Kimidori Matcha balanced by a creamy, molten centre.

✦ Houjicha Burnt Cheesecake - warm, roasted aroma with mellow, smoky notes, a comforting twist on the classic. Both feature our signature caramelised top and gooey interior.

✦ Store in the fridge upon receipt. 
✦ Best consumed same day, keep in an airtight container up to 3 days refrigerated.
✦ Keep away from direct sunlight. 

🚗 Transportation

✦ Transport the cake using a car, motorbikes are not advised as the cake is fragile.
✦ Place on the levelled car floor with the high air-conditioning for optimal temperature.
✦ Avoid placing on car seats as it may cause the cake to shift or tilt.
✦ For journeys more than 1 hour, kindly use a cooler bag with ice packs.
