A bright twist on our classic butter cake, made with fresh orange zest and juice for a refreshing citrus kick. Full of flavour, not too sweet and most importantly made with premium butter. Perfect for sunny afternoons or anytime you need a little pick-me-up.

🧈 Ingredients

✦ Butter, Sugar, Egg, Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Vanilla, Orange

❄️ Storage

✦ Leave at room temperature for up to 2 days. Make sure it is not too humid. 
✦ Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge, best consumed within 5 days. 
✦ Butter cake will firm up when chilled, microwave for 20-30 seconds to soften and warm. 
✦ Best consumed immediately after reheating as it will turn hard later. 

🚗 Transportation

✦ Transport the cake using a car, motorbikes are not advised as the cake is fragile.
✦ Place on the leveled car floor with the high air-conditioning.
✦ Avoid placing on car seats as they are often slightly slanted and may cause to shift or tilt.
