Made with vanilla sponge layered with strawberry cream made from our housemade strawberry jam and filled generously with chunks of fresh strawberries in every layer. Light, fruity, and perfectly balanced, a sweet classic that never goes out of style, loved by both kids and the elderly alike.

✦ Transport the cake using a car; motorbikes are not advised as the cake is fragile.
✦ Place on the levelled car floor with the high air-conditioning for optimal temperature.
✦ Avoid placing on car seats as it may cause the cake to shift or tilt.
✦ For journeys more than 1 hour, kindly use a cooler bag with ice packs. These are the best practices to ensure your cake arrives in perfect condition.
